What's Legal
- Purchasing cannabis from licensed dispensaries
- Possessing cannabis for personal use
- Consuming cannabis products privately
- Growing cannabis at home (with registration)
- Cannabis products with less than 0.2% THC extract
- CBD products of any strength
What's NOT Legal

Critical: Export is Strictly Prohibited
Attempting to take cannabis products out of Thailand is a serious criminal offense. This applies to all forms including edibles, flowers, oils, and CBD products. Many countries have strict anti-cannabis laws and you could face severe legal consequences at your destination.
Consume all purchases within Thailand. Do not attempt to carry any cannabis products through airports or borders.
